Buyer's Fee
The successful purchaser will be subject to a buyer's fee

a sum of £5,000. From this, a buyer's fee of £2,400 (including VAT) is retained by Andrew Granger/Bamboo Auctions as a contribution towards online platform costs and £2,600 is payable towards the purchase price.
The buyer will be charged a £500 (inclusive of VAT) contribution towards the sellers legal fees.
Timescales
Exchange occurs immediately online when the timer reaches zero and the reserve is met or exceeded. The buyer has until 12pm the next business day to transfer the remainder of the 10% deposit ‐ less any amounts already paid towards the purchase price. The buyer then has 20 working days to complete the purchase.
